If you’re new to using nutritional yeast flakes, here’s a quick guide on how to add them to your diet.   Vegetarian Rennet   is often used as a cheese or dairy substitute. They can be added to vegan dishes in place of Parmesan cheese, sprinkled on top of salads or roasted vegetables, or used as a seasoning for pasta and rice dishes. If you’re looking for a protein-packed snack, nutritional yeast flakes make a great alternative to chips or crackers. Simply mix them with some sea salt and enjoy! You can also use nutritional yeast flakes to make a delicious dairy-free cheese sauce. Simply combine 1 cup of boiling water with 1/4 cup of nutritional yeast flakes and 2 tablespoons of flour. Whisk until smooth and enjoy!
